RGX Wilmington, NC is the place to go to get your rims repaired. I had a rim on my Maserati that needed a repair. I contacted RGX and spoke to Brianna. She was courteous, professional, and responsive. I uploaded photos of the damage, and she quickly provided a quote and a next day appointment. Tyler did an outstanding job restoring my rim which looked liked new after the repair. I highly recommend RGX to restore your rims. The price was reasonable as well. If you choose RGX you will not be disappointed.

Such a great experience! My Mercedes rim had gotten 'too friendly' with a curb. I got my estimate via online and set my appointment. Very professional front desk. There was training going on and the level of proficiency was astounding. The work was completed and I was on my way in about 2 hours. Im thrilled with the repair. Great team!

RGX did a great job refinishing the rims on my wife’s Mercedes SLK 55. These wheels had a lot of curb damage but Tyler, one of the technicians, made the wheels look new. Totally satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them. Brianna at the front desk was very helpful scheduling my appointment and providing info. Overall, working with RGX rim repair was a great experience.

Honest, prompt, professional, attentive service: Filled out online request, received a call immediately, and they book me appoint for the next day. Was greeted as soon as I arrived, and they did a diagnostic check of the rim in five minutes. They could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars, which I would have willingly paid - but instead after the diagnostic assessment of the rim by the technician, they recommended a tire shop to simply replace the tire. It is often hard to find this level of integrity in the car business. Any rim issues I have, or anyone I know has, in the future will prompt an enthusiastic recommendation from me. Outstanding on all fronts.

If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately they get the satisfaction of one due to this being the only way I can make a review. They asked for the money up front before the service of fixing the crack in my rim. When I received my tire and rim back it was damaged worse then it was dropped off and the “fix” they made is messy and done horribly. I would like a refund for my money which they will be getting a call on Monday. This is unacceptable and no quality was behind this work. A waste of $300. Pictures are before repair then after.
